True vintage Nelly Don black red stripe dress

Belt not included Vintage - Nelly Don Size - XS-S A slightly wounded but gorgeous vampy wiggle dress. Closure are the buttons running all the way up the front with a hook and eye at the waist. The buttons are fabric covered, some of them show wear and the bottom one either lost its fabric or was replaced. The sides have been let out. The pleat in the pencil skirt has a hole at the top. The half length sleeves are cuffed at the end. Overall still very wearable. Perfect gothy halloween colors!
