True vintage antique 1930's 30's baby toddler little girls blue wool coat

True vintage antique 1930's 30's baby toddler little girls blue wool coat! Please see measurements as I'm unsure of sizes. Pretty dusty blue color. Rounded peter pan collar. Faux pockets. White octagon shaped shell buttons up the front and decorative buttons on sleeve ends. Wool but lined in silk. I have cleaned the coat but there are spots in front I have not spot treated and some faint ones around. Some fade in the back. Please review photos. It's also missing 1 button in front but will be easy to add a similar white buttons. Just needs a little tlc. It's absolutely adorable!! Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 14 inches across. Length from shoulder to hem - 21 inches. * my camera was having a hard time capturing the blue color. It's more muted blue in like the top right last photo.
