This is a fabulous, one-of-a-kind vintage statement piece!! The tag says it’s a size 16 but in modern day clothing this would be more like a size medium or large. The waist measures approximately 14.5 inches across. There is light stitching to create a hem at the bottom (see photo) that’s easily removable or corrected to your desired length.
