True vintage high waisted mom jeans

Tag is worn out so please check measurements!!! 80's high rise light acid wash jeans. These don't fit how I expected them to, I'm also kinda short and have shorter than average legs so the Inseam is too long and these just look extra baggy on me. I think they would suit someone taller or someone with thicker legs, they have a little too much extra room on me. I'm 5'3" - 116 pounds with an athletic build. my measurements are 26" Waist and 36" Hips so these are much too wide. Measurments: Waist- 26" Rise- 13" Hips- 22" Inseam- 29"
