True vintage skirt

This is a vintage skirt in great condition. Has a beautiful contrasting pattern and thread detailing on dark brown fabric. As you can see in the last pic, it’s labeled a size 10 but there’s no way it’ll fit a size 10. It’s vintage sizing so it’s all over the place with a teeny waist and flared hips lol. Please check the measurements very carefully before purchasing. It’s a high waisted skirt so make sure the waist measurements are on your upper waist. Measurements Waist 12 1:2” Hips 18” Length 36”
