Breathable stretchy soft fabric but there are stitching and lining to act like wires and lift and separate. 3 rows of hook and eye closure. Pads cannot be removed and shoulder straps are not adjustable. Retails for $50 Changed my mind on this one after wearing a few times. Always washed on cold and hung dry.
