Trulli Dress by Anthropologie

Feminine and chic Anthropologie dress by Trulli! Features ruffle detail at neckline and tie at waist. 100% polyester. Size 6. 16 in waist 37 in from shoulder to bottom hem The dress is an excellent condition, although there is slight discoloring by the left arm area, see pic. It's hardly noticeable and looks like part of the dress. This was my dress but doesn't fit anymore...very flattering on. Colors are dark blue, white and black non-smoking home
