One of my faves out of my Mom’s closet. This 60s dress has a lovely dotted sheer over dress with an attached skin tone taffeta slip underneath. The hem of the slip needs repair. The slip in the back zips up and the over dress has very small hook and eye closures (you will need someone to dress you). Back also has a lovely bow with long ends. Pit to pit 16” waist 14” length 40” sleeve length 23”.

shufei If the slip were removed could a new up dress be worn underneath? Also how flexible is the waist? Ie with a new slip could a 15 inch waist fit? Thank you!

deemedic @shufei hi! Thanks for looking at my closet. There is not much give at all in the dress. Because of its age I would hate to even think of trying to stretch it. I can’t guarantee it would reach 15 flat. I like the idea of someone sewing in a new slip though. That is a cool idea.
