🤗🤩👗Truly Vintage black cinched waist dress

This beautiful all taffeta A line black dress came from my Mom’s closet so it is truly Vintage. Possibly 40s or 50s. Has a belt with all loops intact on dress. Belt says 9 on it so maybe that is where we are with size. Skirt has a huge flair and would look great with a crinoline. Bodice buttons are all there and the button holes are slanted. Pit to pit 16”, length 48 1/2”, waist 14 1/2”, skirt flair over 57” all flat measurements.
