Probably better for someone with a slimmer thigh and taller. Perfect condition, unknown brand. Very soft material. darlenej8 @stephc365 hi there, thank you for your questions! The measurement is at the top of the waist, I will measure around the hips like you asked, they do fit me kind of tightly in the lower hips so I agree this is a good measurement to have. I will get back to you!

darlenej8 @stephc365 Hi there the hip measurement is about 36 inches at the level of the base of the zipper. They are too tight on me at that level because I have some curves lol, so I don't recommend them if you're a little curvy in the hips.
