These are NEW sandals. Only tried on. The size says 9-9.5 but they fit like an 8-8.5. The Velcro ankle strap is a little too loose for me. Straps are soft and feel like leather. Very comfortable sandals. Great support and cushion. Well loved brand- made in Portugal. Let me know if you have any questions!
