Deep peacock blue plunging v-neck dress. Very loose and flowy. Has a bit of a butterfly sleeve but not full butterfly. Sleeves are as long as the dress. so you push them up to be crunched on the arm. Has belt loops at the waist but no belt. Cute without the belt.
