Tsumori Chisato off white dress from Japan

This is a stunning dress from the designer Tusmori Chinsato, it has so many beautiful details and great quality of work. It has buttons up the front and an adorable accent piece that is removable. I have taken a photo with and without accent piece. I am not sure what the size would be because of it being from Japan. But the measurements are as follows.... Bust :18.5” Waist:19.5” Shoulder to hem : 35” This dress is in immaculate condition. I have only worn this dress once.
