Tube top

Ok... this used to be mini skirt with built in shorts but I could never bring myself to wear it. So I cut out the shorts and turned it into a tube top!!! Turned out to be a little too big for me as a top and didn't have to goods to hold it up. Smocked top with peplum frills. Chest 12" but very stretchy, like i mean this thing can stretch to probably 20" Length 14.5" The floral design is tie dye-ish. Is technically an XS as a skirt but I would compare this to a M free people tube top
