Tucker dress in blue with feathers size small

Really lovely sky blue dress by Tucker with contrast red and orange feathers. Practically new and worn once - it hits about mid thigh, which is just a little too short for my 5’6” height. Measures about 42.5” bust, so it’s a bit of a loose top silhouette, belt can be removed or cinched at the waist, and then measures 36.5” length from the shoulder to hem.
