Tudor plate oneida community vntg fork cndl hldr

Tudor plate oneida community vintage fork candle holder. Appears to be a knife cut and soldered to a bent fork to make a candle holder or bud vase. VERY UNIQUE PIECE. Scrubbed with silver polish to reveal it's stamp and beautiful silver. I wish I had done before and after pictures. Not your typical spoon ring, for sure!
