Here's a pair of high end, UK made boots without the high end price and without worrying about importing. Wide calf option, in EU size 36. However, this one fits like a generous US 6.5 or tight 7. This is the new version of the popular Suffolk boot with a heavy grip rubber sole, nu buck leather that is naturally water proof, lined with real sheep skin at the bottom. No zipper to worry about, internal gussets and secures/adjusts with two velcro tabs. In good use condition, has hardly fallen around the ankles. Shows normal/typical use but far from used up.
