@malmyers87 hello! Thanks for asking. Yes, that would be half the chest size measured across laying flat. The 32” chest measurement comes directly from the Tularosa website size chart. It’s an open front jacket, so the actual measurement across is anywhere between 16-20 inches, depending on how tightly you’d like to close it up :) hope that helps!
