Tulip B strawberry skirt

Vintage style full high, waisted, strawberry skirt by Tulip B. Fully lined and has pockets! Size tag is small, but I’m marking as extra small because the 26 inch waist is more of an extra small, I think. Length is 28 inches. Blouse sold separately (also listed in my shop).
