Tulip Tunic Dress Medium 100% Cotton

I love this dress. It is LINED very hip has multiple levels from: 26" in the very front to the side of 38: and the back 34" with 17" from shoulder to shoulder. i am 5'2" 145 and it is too large for me. So be taller and it will be good. I will iron it before sending. it says Medium but I am a large and I wore it with no problems. It is more like one size fits all. Lays nicely looks great with leggings. Has pockets on both sides very handy.
