Tulip cut summer dress, high neck, open shoulders

Super cool print, looks knit! Lightweight with with a tulip split front. Great if you have a shoulder tattoo! Nice exposed shoulder cut. This dress is snug and cozy. It’s a small but I’d say it fits like an extra small
