Tulip front black and cream patterned dress with cream color lace

Pretty and super flattering dress size small … sized like a 0/2… a smaller size small. Beautiful lace on the top and back… pulls in at the waist with elastic … slight v by neck… tulip front sign cream slip underneath… very pretty on. Purchased at Olive & Bette’s in NYC.
