Tulip long blouse/above knee dress

100% cotton tunic blouse. This could be worn as a tunic or an above the knee summer dress. It is a button down blouse with 3/4 sleeves and hidden slit side pockets. The collar, front button placket, and back insert is a coordinating print as pretty as the all over print of the blouse itself. The back has an insert which can be closed for a totally different look. Never worn.
