Cute patterned skirt from Tulle. Blue, white, red and cream. Copper-toned snaps. Good condition. No obvious flaws. Front pockets with snap closure. Snaps in the front are not operable. Tag is large, but definitely Junior sizing. More like a women’s small. Please use measurements: Waist: ~14” Length: ~17 1/4”
