Tulle Formal Homecoming Cocktail Dress

This dress is a stunner! It's a rich emerald green with black vines and flowers on the skirt, then topped off with a black tulle overlay. The waist is black satin with a black satin bow. It is super slimming and makes you look tiny! The pics don't do it justice....any questions just ask! Size 3/4. Only worn ONE time. 😄
