@jetsetter0224 Arm pit to arm pit it is 17”. Length is 23”. Waist is 15”. I’ll post pics too.
I tried it on and I can wear a Medium in Women’s but normally prefer a Large. This is defiantly juniors or runs small. I couldn’t button the bottom button. Hope that helps.
