Tulle Polkadot Skirt

Black tulle skirt with gold polkadots. There are multiple layers of tulle so the skirt has a gorgeous fluff to it and the tulle is of a decent quality so it isn't itchy at all. It is a great piece to wear out to a party with a pair of sexy heels! Only worn once or twice and still in like new condition.
