Tulle Rose Mini Dress

Bongo size 5, black ruched bust with thin straps, black gems wrap around the waist, with white tulle roses of the skirt. Perfect for homecoming, a wedding, or any formal occasion. Has a back zipper. Don’t even need to wear a bra! I’m a 32A/B, 26.5 waist, 38 hip, and it fit me amazing. I only wore it once.
