Tulle Satin Polkadot Midi Skirt with bow detail

Very cute skirt, got pockets too! The color is dark blue/navy with white polka-dots. The material is silky/shiny and has no stretch. The front closure has an interesting bow detail. The bottom has a scalloped edge. The skirt is fully lined. Very good used condition. Might be originally from Anthropologie but not sure. Measurements Waist: 15"x2 Length: 29" Hips: about 20" (measured 7.5" below the waist) Smoke-free, cat-friendly home.
