Tulle Skirt

Hanna Andersson full, white tulle skirt. 2 layers of white netting/tulle and white satin-like lining. Elastic waist. The outer layer is tiered with horizontal silver ribbon at each tier. The under layers of netting are not hemmed, see photos - this is how the skirt was new. Great USED condition and machine-washed, ready to wear!
