This has been folded for a few years, and was hand washed and line dried before that, so it is wrinkled and will need steaming.
No holes, stains, etc., but there are some pulled threads on the elastic waist, (see 3rd photo)
Check measurements first please:

Waist flat across about 13 but stretches to about 15"
Straight portion is about about 23"
Tulle covered section is about 21"
So overall length is about 44"

@hot_mustard That pretty much describes it. It's meant to be tight on the body, but allows stretch for movement so you're not walking like a penguin!
