@mathews888 hello! Yes, the length from armpit to the bottom of the dress is 31.5 inches and the waist laying flat is 13 inches. So overall about size 26 waist! :)

@mathews888 there is a bit of a stretch! I know.. I think since it’s an older item the sizing is a bit off, I am a size 28 waist and it fits me so it should fit you just fine :)
