Tulle embroidered long skirt.

This black and beige skirt has three layers: outside tulle layer, middle netting layer for shape, inner cotton layer that acts like a slip. The waist is elastic with a draw string so it can accommodate various sizes. The only portion that is see through is the very bottom 8 inches (see picture 4).
