Tulle silk/cotton dress

Adorable, unique little dress with a retro style! Light weight material, but not sheer. Great for warm summer days or pair with tights and boots. Fits like a 10-12, in my opinion but has ties around the waist. Tulle tends to run a tad small. Never worn.
