Tulle nylon chiffon day dress sz S

Bold navy and white floral patterned day dress by Tulle. Long sleeves with bell openings at bottom and button clasp at back neck. Discreet belt loops if adding a belt is Desired but can be worn without and look great. Lined with a navy blue nylon liner. Hits just above knee on me - I am 5’4. Excellent condition.
