Leather strap on back to secure it on top of a wheeled carry on. Handles hardly look used. I have definitely used the bag, but not much. Cosmic marks mostly on the inside. The outside of the bag looks almost brand new. It’s in great shape. Lots and lots of travel life ahead of this bag. Bought at the Tumi store. I bought it brand new and I’ve been the only owner. 18x12x6
