Tunic Blue with gems, Joe Brown's

Has an overlay in front to tie. Only wore once or twice, my chest is a little bit to big. From neck to hem 32". Its a beautiful tunic or shirt for jeans or skirt. The waist has a band (see photo), sorry my iron is broke, hoping for one for Christmas. Joe Brown's sizes are smaller than US, so this would fit a US size 12- 16.
