Tunic / Mini Dress

With a plunging V neck front and back, this is such a pretty piece. I am 5’8 and it’s too short for me to wear as a dress but adored it as a tunic. If you’re shorter (or bolder!) than me it’d be a great dress. Excellent used condition. Make me an offer or feel free to ask questions! 
