Tunic blouse with beautiful print

This is a really beautiful piece. V-neck tunic, soft material. Perfect for dressy and casual occasions. It is listed as XL but fits more like a L. Perfect condition, no imperfections. See photos that have measuring tape. I don't know the brand name of this tunic. I bought it from an online boutique, and didn't keep the sales info. It is too small for me but I didn't send it back.
