This could be a pool cover-up or this could be a tunic, worn with tight jeans, and if you're very short, it can be worn as dress. ☺️ 29 inches from the top of the back to the bottom. It has elastic around the neck so it can be worn off the shoulder, or on the shoulder. Very pretty piece. Size L
