Tunic style blouse

Great layering tunic, slight front and back scallop, worn once to work. Measures 26” from collar to hem in front, 28” from collar to hem in back, 15” from arm pit to hem. Subtle flowers make this almost neutral. I paired it with a jewel toned yellow jacket!
