Tunic style patterned dress/top

Pretty blue and white patterned tunic-style dress, also can be worn as a top. NWOT. Very thin material, so it’s great for summer or even paired with leggings. Six medium but fits more like a small, and is very tight in the chest (which is why I have never worn it).
