Tunic top by Chelsea & Theodore

A gorgeous tunic top w fringe like detail around bottom & an adorable bow in the back. The colors are deep & flattering. Would look great w leggings & boots or jeans & flats or a straight mid length skirt would rock it. The material is very soft. It says a small but I think it leans towards a medium. It was to big for me & I’m a small. NWOT
