Tunic top with sleeveless cape

I own this in black and love it. Can wear with leather leggings, regular leggings. Sequin pants or just the shirt, depending on how tall you are. Shirt is 28 inches long,sleeveless cape starts at 24 inches cascading to 48 inches in back. 100% Rayon for cape and 95 rayon and 2% elastin for skirt. It’s truly different. 34-36 top of mini. When you walk it bellows open. Pictures don’t do it justice.
