This is a rare elegant cropped coat that’s made out of Turkey feathers. Made and purchased in Italy at an elegant boutique store. Only worn once and is like brand new. The front bottom has two buckles with stones on the side. Very light weight. Color is a periwinkle blue. The size is in European so I’m not sure how to convert to US. Fits like a small. Very beautiful on. You can dress it up or down. Perfect for fancy occasions.
