Turkish Suede Leather Peacoat - possibly handmade

Beautiful deep emerald/forest green color. In trying to translate the tag, I believe it reads: “Kar Leder Factory Leather-Suede” at the top. I was unable to translate the text at the bottom. Very unique item. Appears to possible be handmade by stitching and tag. No visible stains or damage, although could probably use a trip to the dry cleaner just to get back to brand new. :) No visible sizing from what I can tell, but it fits a small/medium.
