It depends on what the consumer wants to pay. If the seller i s over charging and the buyer wants to pay that price then it's the buyer's choice to pay that price. Anyone can charge whatever they want but will it sell? That is what you have to ask yourself when you price something. Will someone buy it for that price Or will it just sit there?

Good morning, like @nkhob , Nahla said, it just depends on how bad the buyer wants an item. Also remember, most sellers have wiggle room on their prices for a interested buyer. Hope this helps😃😃
