Turquoise Cabe New York dress (very hard to find)

Dress is from a New York designer. Originally was $250, and in excellent condition!!! It’s a size 00 but it runs a little big. I am a size 2 & it fits just right! This dress cannot be found anywhere, my mom is friends with the designer and it was a gift to me and the dress was never released, I also have a white and gold version of this. it has a high shoulder and a lower cut on the breast area so it is accentuates breasts. knee length It has a double zipper in the back. OPEN FOR NEGOTIATIONS!!
