Turquoise Chloe K High Low flows dress

On my this is quiet short I’m 5’3. If I were to wear it I’d have to wear it as if it were a long shirt with leggings because the front is so short. If someone who were 5’ or shorter were to wear this is think it would fit perfect and fit them as a dress.
