dolllovr Please, before I make the purchase today, measure the dress for me, from the center of the shoulder seam to the bottom of the hem. PLUS, while lying on a flat surface, please measure, from armpit seam to armpit seam, across the front. Thank-You!

dolllovr @delaneyrenae43 14" across the bustline from armpit seam to armpit seam only gives this dress a 28 inch bustline. I haven't been 28" across the bust since junior high. lol! measurement needs to be retaken.
